Designed for Evidentiary Compliance and Zero Administrative Friction

Every appointment arrives with the signer already identity-checked. Document pages are indexed, the session is recorded end to end, and your journal entry is written automatically at the moment of the act rather than typed up afterwards.

Statutory Eligibility Prerequisite

Strict Prerequisite

You need an active notary public commission in good standing in your commissioning state. Several states also require separate Remote Online Notary authorization before you may perform remote acts at all.

If you do not hold both where your state requires them, you cannot be onboarded yet. Better to know now than after a review.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Jurisdiction, payouts, and what happens when a session does not go to plan.

Generally yes, but it is governed by your commission, not by us. Your authority comes from the state that commissioned you, and you perform the act under that state’s law wherever the signer happens to be. Some states add conditions about where you must physically be, and a few restrict where the signer can be.

Remote online notarization is authorised in most US states. Whether it is available for a given document depends on the notary's commissioning state and where the signer is located.

We check the combination of document type, your commissioning state and the signer’s location before a session is booked, so an ineligible act is blocked rather than discovered mid-session.
